The highlight of the Launceston Road Runners calendar!

Come on down to the picturesque Cornish town of Launceston, bring the family, but get up early on the Sunday and come on down to Launceston Castle for our annual spectacular, the Treggy 7.
Launceston Road Runners are your hosts for this scenic run through the town and into the surrounding countryside. If you’re looking to take the silver from our table, competing in the Cornish Glass and Glazing Grand Prix, or just wanting to justify a really good Sunday roast at one of the nearby pubs, then this race is for you.
The race itself is a fast but challenging 7 mile course starting in Launceston Town Centre and finishing in the picturesque grounds of Launceston Castle. The course is expertly marshalled by our experienced team and we promise you a warm welcome (and not too many hills).
So, get a Treggy7 2013 entry form and get in before we fill up. There are only 450 places in this race and it is very popular.
